Fastest way: delete it yourself in the app
Open AugStudy → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently and immediately deletes your account and data. No email needed.
Delete only some of your data (keep your account)
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data:
- Delete a deck: open any deck in AugStudy and tap Delete. Its cards, notes, and uploaded files are removed immediately.
- Edit or clear your profile: change your display name, username, or avatar in Settings → Edit Profile.
- Request removal of specific data: email mrnhlservices@gmail.com describing what you'd like removed, and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Can't access the app?
Send us a deletion request and we'll remove your account within 30 days. Enter the email on your account so we can find it, then tap the button to open a pre-filled email.

What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your login and profile (email, username, display name, avatar)
- Your decks, cards, notes, and uploaded files
- Your study progress: XP, streaks, gems, hearts, pets, and badges
- Your social data: friends, group and classroom memberships, reactions
- Your notifications and saved study plans
This cannot be undone. Any active AugSuper subscription should be cancelled separately through the App Store, Google Play, or Ko-fi, wherever you subscribed.
What we keep, and for how long
When you delete your account, your profile, study content, progress, and social data are removed from our active database right away. Residual copies that may remain in encrypted backups and our service providers' system logs are purged within 30 days. After that we do not retain your personal data, except anything we are required to keep by law. We do not keep a shadow copy of a deleted account.
